By purchasing ticket(s) to the 2025 Invictus LAKE TAHOE Camp Event, you have agreed that you have read this page in its entirety and acknowledge and agree to the terms that follow. Please read each section carefully as it will answer all questions. The buyer is responsible for cost for their travel and hotel stay.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION: I/We understand that the registration is not refundable but transferable. You are responsible to sell/trade/give your ticket should you be unable to come to the camp.

INVICTUS has held numerous of events since its launch in 2019, each one bigger and better than its last. Invictus Leo has become the premiere organization that pushes Law Enforcement training by cops for cops. 

Value: compared to other events, the Invictus Camp is 50% cheaper but 200% more valuable than other camps you may have looked into.

This event will feature some of the best LEO black belt instructors in the game today. Each one will bring years of experience both on the mats and on the job. The event will have instructors teaching various combative and also sport related Jiu Jitsu techniques (we love to roll too!)

Refunds: We cannot issue refunds on tickets. However, you can transfer the ticket if you wish but you must email us with the name of the NEW holder.

Invictus is excited to announce it will be back in Lake Tahoe Nevada for the 2nd annual Invictus Camp from July 21-23 2025 (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday). What's included?

Our events are open to Law Enforcement Officers, first responders, and anyone (civilians)  who support our mission of getting Law Enforcement to train Jiu Jitsu.  The minimum age to participate is 18 years of age. Please note that the subject matter could be mature in its presentation. 

We have secured the HARVEY's Hotel and Resort which is the location of the venue. Please click on the link below to reserve your spot! 40% discount for our attendees. Room rate is only $110.00 /night (Mon/Tues/Wed). Resort fee discounted to $23/night.  Sunday Night is $127.00/night

All reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15 per reservation.  This fee will not apply to reservations made via the Internet 

Hotel reservations and lodging are the sole responsibility of the person booking. We do not assume responsibility of this portion of the camp.

Make sure you bring a gis and rash guard to the event. Don't wear a stinky gi. If you do, we will enforce your non participation until you don't stink. No vest, belts or other gear is needed for training at our events.

Bring gis and nogi uniforms as we will cover both!

We are confirming our cadre and they will be listed below as we add them!

Camp shuttles from Reno Airport to Tahoe are $32.50 one way (or $59.00 round trip) and go from Reno Airport to Harvey's! Its the easiest and cheapest way to get to the resort!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRANSPORTATION TERMS: Flights and Ground Transportation to/from your home location are not included. Make sure you arrive on July 20th 2025 (Sunday), the day before the event.

MEAL TERMS: By purchasing a ticket to the Lake Tahoe Camp, the social dinner that is planned for July 23 (wed) 2025 is included. This will be a full buffet. All other meals are the responsibility of the participant

T SHIRT TERMS: By signing up and attending the camp, you will receive a limited  addition Lake Tahoe Camp Invictus T Shirt. Please provide your shirt size when you order your ticket. Shirts will not be mailed out and can only be picked up in person. If you want extra shirts, the cost is $35/shirt and can only be picked up at the event.

PAYMENT TERMS: REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABL BUT TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot make the event, you may transfer the ticket to another person. You must email invictus with the name of the new ticket holder. Tickets may be sold for the same or lessor retail price. Tickets are absolutely not to be sold at a mark up price. 

ATTENDANCE TERMS: THIS CAMP IS FOR ADULTS. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO REGISTER.

LODGING TERMS: We have secured HARVEY's Hotel at  a special rate of $102.00/night (Mon/Tue/Wed) which is 40% off the regular price. By using our special link, you will be able to get book your hotel. The mat area will be held in the convention center on site!

INDEMNITY AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

I will not hold or attempt to hold Invictus Law Enforcement Jiu Jitsu Collective, Associated Instructors and Staff or Harrah's Hotel liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property caused by any act or neglect of other persons, or caused in any manner other than the willful or negligent act of Invictus Law Enforcement Jiu Jitsu Collective, Associated Instructors and Staff or Harrah's, its agents and employees, and will indemnify and hold Invictus Law Enforcement Jiu Jitsu Collective, Associated Instructors and Staff or Harrah's harmless from any liability for damages or claims against Invictus Law Enforcement Jiu Jitsu Collective, Associated Instructors and Staff or Harrah's arising out of or in any way related to any such loss, damage or injury. I release Invictus Law Enforcement Jiu Jitsu Collective, Associated Instructors and Staff and Harrah's Hotel, including its trustees, employees and agents, from, including death, or illness while at the activity. I/We will assume the risk associated therewith, whether known or unknown to me/us at this time. This release is also intended to include all claims of my family, estate, heirs, personal representatives or assigns.

We obviously can't cover everything on a webpage but this is the general info most people ask us about. When you are buying your ticket, remember to pick a shirt size so we can give it to you when you arrive. There will be a few extra tees if you want to buy for your buddy ($35). The dinner on Wednesday is INCLUDED!
